We have several ideally located studios

Located in the city centre, close to all commodities (bus stops, train station, universities, shops… )

Their surface vary from 20 up to 45sqm. They usually comprise a nice living space/bedroom that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, stove, & even dishwasher for the luckiest of our tenants) and of course they have a private bathroom.

The monthly charges cover the expenses for water, heating, electricity, internet, fire insurance as well as maintenance & cleaning of the common areas of the building!

Only for students with parental garantee, young couples or young professionals

Possibility to gain access to a commun laundry area with washing machine & dryer for an extra 15€/month/user
